Sustainability and ethical production are at the very core of every decision we make, from the design concept all the way through to our packaging without compromising on fit, function & style.

 

Starting with our fabrics

Our debut collection is created with fabric made from 100% ECONYL® regenerated yarn from ghost fishing nets recovered from oceans and seas across the globe and other nylon waste which would otherwise be destined for landfill.

 

How we make it

Our factories are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Fibre) certified and Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring no toxic dyes or chemicals are used.  We monitor every process, right from the raw fiber being spun into yarn, made into fabric, dyed, washed, printed cut, and sewn. All these processes happen within the same place which not only cuts down production time but also our carbon footprint.

On top of that & most importantly our garments last. We source the best quality, durable fabrics that don’t fade, stretch, or get those annoying bobbles, which means you can wear them for longer – better for you and the environment.

 

Fit & function

A*RAY focuses on stylish activewear that one can perform their best in, whilst feeling confident in their own skin. We use luxury performance fabrics with intelligent technology such as sweat-wicking and anti-odor without compromising on style

 

Packaging 

All our garments have minimal labeling and packed in recyclable plastic bags.  

We pack our clothes in polybags made with PVC free material and then post them in biodegradable mailing bags. These bags are made from a degradable plastic in which the degradation occurs naturally from microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and / or algae.

We are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve the recyclability of our packaging as well as reducing packaging waste and our carbon footprint.
