Refund & Return Policy

To qualify for a return or refund, all items must be in pristine, resellable condition—unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges may be made one time only. Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for return.

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window, starting from the date you receive your order. Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

UAE Returns

For orders within the UAE, we can arrange a courier collection for returned items.

A collection fee of AED 30 per return applies and must be paid by the customer prior to pickup.
For refunds, this fee will be deducted from the final refundable amount.

International Returns

Customers outside the UAE are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or shipping costs that applied to your original order are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the value of the item(s) only.

Refund Options

Customers may choose between:

A store credit to be used on arayactive.com, issued within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting your return; or
A refund, which will be processed within up to 14 days in line with our payment cycle.

Preparing Your Return

Once you receive confirmation from our team:

Pack the item(s) securely for return.
For UAE customers, the courier will contact you to schedule collection.
For international customers, please choose a shipping method with tracking or proof of delivery. A*Ray Active is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Sale Items

All products marked as “Sale” are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
